Service Description

Includes a comprehensive health history intake, an open discussion about what you would like to see change, and a Complimentary Alternative Medical (CAM) physical examination. A review of diagnosis and a course of treatment evaluation. The most important thing is making a clear connection on our goals together. Please arrive 15 minutes early. *One of the following: granulated, powdered or liquid herbal formulas and/or neutraceuticals will be prescribed based on the diagnosis. Cost of herbs vary depending on quantity and type.
