Cancellation Policy
Your appointment is very important to us and it is reserved especially for you. We understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary; therefore, we respectfully request at least 1 Business Day
notice for any cancellations. Monday cancellations must be made on the Friday before. This can be done via phone or email. If cancelled on the same day or if an appointment is missed the full fee will be collected. Emergency situations will be considered on a case by case basis.
